Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is the most commonly used enzymes in immunoassays. In the assay, HRP molecules is first conjugated to the antibody or antigen. The antibodies or antigens conjugated with HRP can be stored at 2-8°C either as a concentrated stock solution or diluted in an appropriate buffer.
When diluted biomolecules or conjugates need to be stored for future use, the solution should have stabilizing properties to maintain the molecular conformation and prevent loss of activity over time, and finally providing ready-to-use working dilutions. Medicore. Inc. offers conjugate stabilizers with stability.
Specialities:
Containing BSA. Ready-to-use. Negligible batch-to-batch variations
Stability
Protein based. The diluent contains a protein, BSA. Currently our diluents are stable for more than a year at 2 – 8 degree centigrade. We are working to lengthen the stability of these products
