TMB-HRPO ELISA Stop Solution is a propriety solution used to terminate the peroxidase/TMB reaction for ELISA applications. The TMB substrate reacts with immobilized horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugated secondary antibodies to produce a blue solution. At appropriate time when the color intensity is appropriate, the reaction is terminated by addition of the stop solution. The blue color turns yellow and the absorbance is measured at 450 nm within an hour.
Product Stability and Storage.
Stable at 2-8 C for 3 years.
Product Use:
After incubation with horseradish peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody (50 or 100 microliters), the wells are washed and an appropriate volume (50 or 100 microliters) of stop solution is added. The absorbency is measured at 450 nm.
